While the sports world was fixated on football this past week, there was actually a huge college basketball result that will provide a shake-up at the top of the rankings. Duke fell to Gonzaga in Maui - meaning the Blue Devils are no longer the No. 1 team in the country.

Gonzaga, which also took down Illinois and Arizona in the event, is the new No. 1 team in the country - just barely. The Bulldogs wound up with 1,590 points in the voting.

Kansas, which is now 5-0 after wins over Marquette and Tennessee, is the new No. 2 team in the country. The Jayhawks had 1,584 points.

Duke defeated San Diego State and Auburn before falling to Gonzaga. The Blue Devils are now the No. 3 team in the country in this week's AP Poll.
