The Last NCAA Tournament Spot Will Be Decided By This Game Today

East region of the NCAA Tournament bracket.

It's finally here. It's Selection Sunday.

The 2018 NCAA Tournament bracket will be unveiled later this evening. The 68-team field is basically all set.

Only one spot in the field remains up for grabs. That's what the NCAA Tournament selection committee has said, anyway.

The final spot in the 68-team bracket will come down to one game this afternoon: The Atlantic 10 Tournament championship game.

Rhode Island (25-6) is set to play Davidson (20-11) in the league title game this afternoon. Any team that thinks it is on the bubble needs to be rooting for URI.

Dan Hurley's squad is apparently in the field no matter what happens today. The Wildcats are only getting in with an automatic bid.

So, bubble teams, root for Rhode Island this afternoon. Hard.

What team is "the biggest Rhode Island fan in the world," though? We'll have to wait until 6 p.m. E.T. tonight.

The Selection Show is set to air at 6 on TBS. Davidson and Rhode Island, meanwhile, are tipping off at 1 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
