As we've said in all of our previous LeBron James posts, we've entered peak LeBron Free Agency Watch season. There's a new report/rumor/rampant speculation every hour.

Well, we have a new one.

The New Orleans Pelicans are the latest team to be mentioned in the LeBron sweepstakes. The Pelicans boast arguably the NBA's best big man in Anthony Davis and the thought of James teaming up with the young superstar is intriguing.

To make this work, though, New Orleans would have to get creative.

A possible scenario: James is traded by the Cavs to the Pelicans.

Bill Simmons' father discussed the idea on Twitter today.

Of course, this probably won't happen. James likely doesn't want to be in New Orleans.

Basketball-wise, though, it'd be a great fit. James has never played with a player as great as Davis.

A LeBron-AD combination would be as good as there is in the NBA (and maybe even better than Steph-Durant).

We'd love to see it happen.
