There's A Conspiracy Theory Going Viral About The NCAA Tournament Snubs

CBS' panel for the NCAA Tournament selection show.

The NCAA Tournament field has been unveiled. You can view the full 68-team field here.

As there are every year, there are some notable snubs in this year's field. The Selection Committee always does a couple of things that surprise us and it's happened again.

Some of the notable snubs: Oklahoma State, USC, Louisville.

There is a conspiracy theory going viral about those three teams not making it. It has to do with the FBI.

Yahoo! Sports' Pat Forde tweeted it out:

"Louisville out. USC out. Oklahoma State out. What do they have in common? Part of the federal investigation of college hoops."

Oh boy.

Of course, this probably doesn't actually mean anything. But that's not going to stop people from theorizing.

The NCAA Tournament begins play on Tuesday with the play-in games. The first round will start on Thursday.

We can't wait to get things going.
