We're a couple of weeks away from the postseason beginning in the NFL and the playoff picture is starting to get a lot clearer.
We had one team, the Chicago Bears, clinching their division - the NFC North - win a win over the Green Bay Packers this afternoon.
The Packers, meanwhile, have been eliminated from postseason contention.
Four other NFC teams have been eliminated, too.
Here's the latest, from ESPN's Dan Graziano:
So today's early games had the following effects:
-Bears win NFC North.
-Packers, Giants, Lions, Falcons, Buccaneers all eliminated from playoff contention.
There's still plenty to be decided moving forward, too. Several division titles remain up in the air.
UPDATE: The list of NFL teams eliminated from postseason contention today is actually six teams long, as the Broncos have now been eliminated, too.
