The 2018 NFL season is young, but every game is so crucial to both players and coaches. With jobs on the line almost every weekend, it’s imperative to take positive strides each matchup.
Following an unfortunate loss to the Cleveland Browns, fans in New York are slowly losing their patience for head coach Todd Bowles.
Although the Jets currently have a roster that isn’t built to win at this moment, the lack of discipline on Bowles’ team is drawing attention from the local media. In fact, the New York Post blamed the coach for their reckless play.

Bowles didn’t help his cause with his latest comments, as he said “Penalties are definitely on the players. I mean, coaches can’t play for them.”
On his day-after call, Bowles said, “Penalties are definitely on the players. I mean, coaches can’t play for them. We understand situations and we know what to do and what not to do. Guys have to be calmer in certain situations.” It’s on coaching, too, IMO. #Jets

He’s been their coach since 2015, but if the Jets’ struggles continue, his tenure could come to an end. After all, Bowles holds a 21-30 record thus far in New York.
Even though Bowles isn’t dealing with a championship-caliber roster, patience is running low in the Big Apple.
So long as Todd Bowles is our head coach… I won’t go to another home game… 2 tickets for remaining 7 games up for sale…. first come first serve 202b

The Jets play the Jaguars in Jacksonville next Sunday, as they try to get back on the winning track.
If they have another disappointing performance in Week 4, the hot seat for Bowles could be scorching.
