Tiger Woods Was Greeted By His Girlfriend After Finishing At The Open

Tiger Woods' final round at the 2018 British Open was an eventful one. The 14-time major champion looked at one point to be on his way to a 15th major championship. Unfortunately, he fell apart a bit on the back nine.
Woods, who surged to the top of the leaderboard on the front nine, had a disappointing couple of holes on his way to the finish. He got to -7 at one point during the day, which was good enough for the sole lead, but he ended up finishing a 5-under.
Prior to his final round, Woods had said that he was hoping to give his kids a glimpse at the major champion golfer he was before they were born. They got that.
Woods' kids, who were walking the ropes with his girlfriend, Erica Herman, got to witness him rising to the top of the leaderboard. Even though he didn't finish on top, it was one of hist best performances in recent years.
The 42-year-old golfer was greeted by his girlfriend and children after the final round.
Tiger will hopefully have some more great golf in the months to come. He still has a chance to win a major this year, with the PGA Championship coming next month.
The final round of The Open, meanwhile, is wrapping up on NBC.
