Tour De France Cyclist Posts Gross Photo Of His Legs After 16 Stages

A graphic shot of a cyclist's legs.

The Tour de France is no joke.

The Tour de France, which involves cycling over 2,200 miles over 23 days during the hottest month of the year, is not meant to be easy. But the photo you'll see below makes it clear just how much of a toll the race takes on your body.

Pawel Poljanski, a Polish cyclist who is currently in 75th place, posted a photo of his legs after 16 stages.

The photo is going viral.

Poljanski still has five stages left in the race, which is pretty crazy to think about:

The race is set to conclude on July 23 in Paris. Let's hope all the racers survive.
