Another top NBA free agent is off the board. Veteran combo guard Tyreke Evans has reportedly made a free agency decision, according to ESPN NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski.

The former Memphis Grizzlies guard, who was coveted by multiple teams at the trade deadline, has a deal with the Indiana Pacers.

Yahoo! Sports NBA insider Shams Charania has confirmed the deal. It's for one season.

"Sources: Free agent Tyreke Evans is signing a 1-year, $12M deal with the Indiana Pacers," he reports.

Evans was one of the most=productive guards in the NBA last season. He averaged 19, 5, and 5 on a Grizzlies' team that struggled with injuries all season.

Memphis was shopping him at the deadline and there were several teams interested in adding him for a playoff run, but the Grizzlies opted to hold onto him. Now, he's gone in free agency.

The 28-year-old guard had several teams interested in him in free agency this summer. This is a good pickup for a Pacers team that's looking to improve on its first-round loss to the Cavs at the end of the 2017-18 season.

Indiana now has talented guards in Victor Oladipo and Tyreke Evans leading its backcourt scoring punch. The Pacers should be a top team in the East.
