Roy Williams looked incredibly relaxed before North Carolina's first NCAA Tournament game this afternoon.

UNC's head coach was seen on the bench with one of his grandchildren. It was a pretty adorable image.

Check it out:

It's a good thing that the baby is gone. The Tar Heels are in a tight one. North Carolina, the No. 2 seed in the West Region, is taking on No. 15 seed Lipscomb. The Tar Heels were a huge favorite. Through 8-plus minutes, though, UNC is losing. The Tar Heels trail, 21-16, with less than 12 minutes to play in the first half.

It's early, of course, but you have to be a little worried if you're a UNC fan (or if you picked UNC to go deep).

The game is on CBS. Get there.

The winner will move on to face No. 7 seed Texas A&M in the second round on sUNDAY.
