We're used to USA men's basketball teams blowing out their opponents. Tonight's result is pretty extreme though.

The USA men's Under-18 squad is playing Panama tonight at the FIBA U1-18 Americas. The USA team is coached by Kansas' Bill Self and is loaded with five-star recruits, including Cole Anthony, Tyrese Maxey, Quentin Grimes and Matthew Hurt.

They are expected to blow out Panama, but what has transpired tonight is insane. The Americans led 43-0 after one quarter.

They eased up in the second quarter, but only slightly. USA leads 70-8 at halftime. Panama shot a robust 3-for-40 in the first half.

The final score of this one is going to be really, really ugly. Count on the USA easily topping 100 while Panama will probably struggle to get 40.

Poor Panama.
