A video of a college basketball player reuniting with his mother is the best thing you'll watch today. It comes via Jacksonville State.
Norbertas Giga, a big man for JSU, arrived in the United States in 2013 to play basketball. He hasn't seen his mother since.
That changed this week.
Jacksonville State's coaches secretly worked to get Giga's mother in town for a reunion. They were successful.
The program's coaches had Giga come to a conference room under the implication that he'd be watching film and going over some plays. Instead, he was surprised by a visit from his mother.
We got the reaction on camera, too. It's awesome.
Check it out:
That was so cool. Well done, JSU.
Jacksonville State is 20-11 this year. Giga is averaging 8 points and 6 rebounds a game.
