Michael Porter Jr., the No. 2 overall recruit in the 2017 class, has seen just two minutes of court time so far this season. The former five-star recruit has been injured.
Missouri announced this week that Porter Jr. had been cleared for all basketball activities. It’s possible he could be back this season.
“I don’t have a timeline,” Missouri head coach Cuonzo Martin said. “He wants to play … We have to make sure he’s ready to go.”
Porter went through shoot-around on Saturday. He then went through warmups with the Tigers.
The five-star freshman did not play in Missouri’s game at Kentucky, though. He was in sweats on the bench.
Porter still managed to enjoy himself, though. A video has surfaced catching Porter eyeing some of Kentucky’s fans in the Rupp Arena crowd.
“Bro, there’s so many baddies in here, bro. That one over there, the blonde,” Porter appears to say.

Good for Kentucky, I guess? The Wildcats went on to win the game, 87-66.
Missouri (18-11) plays at Vanderbilt on Tuesday.
