Video: This Roughing The Passer On QB Baker Mayfield Is The Worst Penalty Of The Year

There have been a bunch of questionable roughing the passer calls in the NFL so far this season. The one just called in the Browns-Raiders game in Oakland might be the worst yet.

Oakland pass rusher Arden Key was called for a roughing the passer penalty on Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield for a hit that didn't even send the QB to the ground.

It has to be the worst call of the season.

There is a little bit of contact to the helmet there, but what is Key supposed to do? Dive at the ground to avoid any contact at all?
