Video: Tonga Olympian Wears Too Much Baby Oil, Sets Internet On Fire

The opening ceremony for the 2016 Rio Olympics took place Friday night, and while every country participating in this year's games was given its chance to showcase its athletes, one nation found a way to stand out against the rest. Well, sort of.

Tonga taekwondo competitor Pita Nikolas Taufatofua, who was the flag-bearer for his country, wore so much baby oil he set the Internet on fire. It looks like he knew exactly what he was doing, too.

Tonga, if you're wondering, is a nation comprised of 169 Polynesian islands in the South Pacific.

We can only hope that Taufatofua places in his event.
