There were some real fireworks during this weekend's Greek Basketball League title game.
Panathinaikos won the Greek league championship yesterday, beating Olympiacos by a score of 66-51. They won the game on the road.
With less than two minutes remaining in the contest, Olympiacos fans began firing off flares and fireworks. There were explosions and fire and the game had to be stopped.
In the video below, you can see the players evacuating the court.
That's a pretty surreal scene. After a 25-minute delay, play was resumed, with Panathinaikos wrapping up the title.
Amazingly, this isn't the first, or second time this has happened during a Greek league game. Yahoo has chronicled some of the past incidents.
