The NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis is starting to get fun. It's 40-yard dash day for a lot of the top prospects.
The quarterbacks ran earlier this morning. We saw guys like J.T. Barrett and Sam Darnold perform pretty well.
You can view the QBs' times here. (Lamar Jackson didn't run, unfortunately.)
The wide receivers are currently running at Lucas Oil Stadium. Typically, it's the wideouts who provide us with the fastest times.
Today was no different. The fastest time of this year's combine was just completed.
LSU wide receiver D.J. Chark has clocked the fastest time of the event so far. It's a sub-4.4
Chark, unofficially, ran a 4.34. It topped the previous low time of 4.38 ran by N.C. State's Nyheim Hines.
Here's video of the run:
That was quick. Chark is sure to rise on some teams' draft boards because of it.
The NFL Combine is being televised on the NFL Network.
