What Colin Kaepernick Has Been Doing Every Day

Here's what the free agent quarterback has been doing every day.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora recently sat down with Colin Kaepernick, his girlfriend and his trainer to get a sense of where the free agent quarterback is at.

La Canfora reported that Kaepernick's representatives had reached out to the Titans to see if the franchise had any interest in the wake of Marcus Mariota's injury. Kaepernick was reportedly willing to try out and be a backup. Tennessee said no thanks.

On CBS' pregame show today, La Canfora detailed what Kaepernick has been doing every day:

  • He gets up at 4 a.m. and takes an Uber from New York City into New Jersey, where there is a field for him to train on
  • He throws hundreds of passes and does on-field work for several hours
  • He comes back to the gym and works out
  • He then goes up to Harlem to help kids in the community

Here's La Canfora's full report:

Interest in the free agent quarterback remains minimal, though. La Canfora says Kaepernick has yet to even have contract discussions with any teams.
