Tiger Woods had one of the most-special moments of his career on Sunday afternoon, as the 42-year-old golfer won his first tournament in more than five years, taking home the Tour Championship outside of Atlanta, Ga.

It was an incredible scene on the 18th green, as Woods was being followed by a herd of golf fans. He teared up a bit before tapping in his putt for the win. Woods admitted after the round that he had to pull himself together a little bit.

Woods then shared a special moment with his girlfriend, Erica Herman. She's the former manager of his restaurant in Jupiter, Fla.

As the crowd cheered the former World Number One for his Tour Championship victory, he rushed over to the side of 18th green and found his restaurant manager flame Erica Herman, 33.

The 42-year-old kissed her, hugged her and then whispered 'I love you' before he walked off into the mass of spectators.

It was his first victory in five years after a number of setbacks through injury and a controversy surrounding his DUI arrest in 2017.

There's not doubt that Herman - who he has remained guarded abut their relationship since it was made public in September 2017 - has had a positive impact on the sportsman's return to glory.

It really was a great scene.

Tiger Woods and his girlfriend are now over in Paris, France with the rest of Team USA.

The 2018 Ryder Cup is set to start later this week. The event will take place from Friday-Sunday morning. Woods is expected to be a major factor for the Americans, as he's playing as well as any golfer in the world.

Maybe we'll have another special moment between Tiger and Erica off the 18th green on Sunday morning. Stay tuned.
