James instead opted to speak to the media inside the locker room.
Going to the podium after an NBA playoff game is something every star player has to do, win or lose.
LeBron James decided not to do this after the Cavs' Game 2 loss on Sunday night, though.
Instead, the Cleveland star spoke to the media inside his team's locker room, as did Kyrie Irving. Kevin Love was the lone Cavs' star left speaking to the press at the podium.
When asked by reporters if he had a reason for skipping out on the podium, James said he did. He said it had nothing to do with wins or losses, either. But that's as far as he'd go.
ESPN's Brian Windhorst then reported that James has been frustrated with how he's had to wait at times to speak at the podium. So he's done with it for now.
Game 3 is set for Wednesday at 9 p.m. E.T. on ABC.
