Wisconsin's NCAA Tournament Seed Has The Big Ten Upset

This is not a good sign for the rest of the league.

Wisconsin, the Big Ten's No. 2 seed and conference tournament's runner-up, was not rewarded with a great seed in the NCAA Tournament.

The Badgers are a No. 8 seed opposite No. 9 seed Virginia Tech, with a potential game against No. 1 overall seed Villanova waiting in the second round.

Not great.
