It's been a pretty fun year for Aaron Rodgers. He's gotten a few cameos in Game of Thrones, and looks as good as ever heading into the season. But his latest off-the-field performance is definitely one of his best.

For a recent "Welcome Back Luncheon" at the Packers facilities, Rodgers and his teammates decided to pay tribute to Adam Sandler's Happy Gilmore. His three teammates dressed up as the titular Happy Gilmore, Chubbs Peterson and Otto the caddy.

As for Rodgers, he dressed another iconic character from the movie: Hal the Orderly.

With the iconic blue uniform, Hal L. name-tag, and, of course, the mustache, Rodgers was a dead-ringer for Ben Stiller's character.

But of course, the look wouldn't be complete without Rodgers emulating Stiller's creepy shushing motion.

Hopefully the Packers don't end up doing to Rodgers what Happy Gilmore did to Hal in the movie...
