Pro Bowl wide receiver Adam Thielen has been dealing with a hamstring injury that originally occurred a few weeks ago. He returned in Week 9 to face the Kansas City Chiefs, but he couldn’t finish the game because of his injury.
Thielen suffered the injury when making an incredible touchdown catch against the Detroit Lions in Week 7. Minnesota’s offense hasn’t been the same since he went down.
The Vikings will be in Dallas this weekend for a Sunday Night Football matchup with the Cowboys. Unfortunately for Mike Zimmer, he won’t have his best wideout available.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport is reporting that Thielen wasn’t at practice on Friday.
It’s not too surprising to hear that Thielen didn’t practice this afternoon, especially since he didn’t participate on Wednesday or Thursday.
Shortly after Rapoport announced that Thielen wasn’t able to practice, the Minnesota Vikings released their final injury report for Week 10.
Minnesota listed Thielen as out for this Sunday.

Thielen is having another strong season with the Vikings – albeit he’s missing time due to this hamstring injury. He has 27 receptions for 391 yards and six touchdowns.
Since the Vikings won’t have Adam Thielen on Sunday against the Cowboys, the offense needs strong performances from Stefon Diggs and Dalvin Cook.
