Report: Buffalo Bills Firing Offensive Coordinator Greg Roman

Greg Roman is no longer the offensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bills.

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Greg Roman will be fired as the offensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bills. The decision comes one day after Buffalo lost to the New York Jets on Thursday Night Football. The Bills put up 393 total yards of offense in the loss. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor finished 18-of-30 for 297 yards with three touchdowns and one interception.

Roman has been the Bills offensive coordinator since the start of the 2015 season. In the past, he's worked for the Carolina Panthers, the Houston Texans, the Baltimore Ravens, the San Francisco 49ers and Stanford University. In 2015, Buffalo finished 12th in the NFL in points per game. There's no word yet regarding what exactly led head coach Rex Ryan to his decision. Ian Rapoport is reporting that Ryan has the "full support" of team ownership.

There's also no word on who will call the shots on offense for the Bills moving forward. We'll keep you updated.
