Deshaun Watson remains on the trading block. The Houston Texans star quarterback reportedly wants out and several teams are reportedly interested in making a move.
The Miami Dolphins are one of those teams.
Miami is reportedly a preferred trade destination for Watson, who starred collegiately at Clemson. The Dolphins have some promising young assets, along with several top NFL Draft picks, that could make for an interesting trade package for Houston.
The Miami Herald reported this weekend that the Dolphins are confirmed to have interest in trading for Watson.
Miami is not the only franchise confirmed to have interest in trading for Watson, though. The Broncos and the Panthers are two other franchises that are reportedly interested in trading for Watson, assuming he's made available for a trade.
For now, the Texans are reportedly telling teams that Watson is not available. However, Watson appears to want out of Houston, so perhaps he'll try to force his way out.
Watson's personal quarterbacks coach had a telling reaction to the Carson Wentz trade earlier this week.
The Texans obviously want to hang on to Watson for as long as possible, but if the situation is as bad as some people make it out to be, they might not have a choice.
