After getting spot duty in Miami's first two games of the season, Josh Rosen finally got his first start today. Unfortunately, it didn't last long as he was forced out of the first half with an injury.

According to ESPN reporter Cameron Wolfe, Rosen had to be sent to the Dolphins' medical tent with a possible concussion. Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick quickly checked in to replace Rosen.

Fortunately, it looks like Rosen got the all-clear from doctors. He checked back into the game just a few plays after leaving the field.

On top of all of that, the Dolphins defense seems to be holding its own against the Cowboys. The Dolphins were 20-point underdogs heading into today's game in Dallas.

But the Dolphins still trail. The Cowboys lead the game 10-6 late in the first half.

Miami acquired Rosen in a trade with the Arizona Cardinals during the 2019 NFL Draft. But despite being a first-round pick in 2018, Rosen failed to beat out Ryan Fitzpatrick for the starting job.

He went 3-10 as a starter in Arizona, throwing 11 touchdowns but 14 interceptions. Though he's already having a tough time keeping his NFL career alive, it's still good to see he isn't seriously hurt.

The game is being played on CBS.
