It’s been a while since we last heard from free agent wide receiver Antonio Brown. Fortunately, his latest tweets about the NFL were entertaining enough to make up for the recent drought.
Taking to Instagram this week, Brown asked his fans to contact the New England Patriots and have them call him. He said that since the Patriots owe him money, they “might as well let me earn it.”
Brown is currently filing several grievances against the Patriots for allegedly failing to pay him for his brief time with the team.
He played one game for the Patriots after signing a one-year deal following his controversial release from the Oakland Raiders. But he was dogged by sexual assault allegations that became the center of attention in the locker room.
Brown was released the Friday before Week 3 after he allegedly sent “menacing” text messages to an accuser.

This isn’t the first time that Brown has expressed interest in returning since his release from New England.
But after the way he’s behaved with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Raiders and Patriots, NFL teams are likely going to be wary of bringing him in at any pay rate.
Brown has since signed up for online classes at Central Michigan.
