The past few weeks have been quiet when it comes to Antonio Brown drama. On Wednesday, the star wide receiver went on Instagram Live to talk to his fans.
It’s been almost a month since the New England Patriots released Brown. Teams have reportedly shown interest, but the league is currently investigating him for sexual assault accusations that emerged this fall.
In the event that Brown isn’t allowed back in the NFL, the Pro Bowler will have to consider other options.
During his livestream on Instagram, one person asked Brown he’d join the XFL if he’s not able to return to the NFL.
The All-Pro wideout quickly shot down any chance of him joining the XFL in 2020.
“Never, that’s not even a question,” Brown said on Instagram Live.

The XFL opens Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020 — the weekend after Super Bowl. As of right now, it doesn’t appear that Brown will be part of the league.
Brown also tweeted today that he remains the best wide receiver in football. He sounds very interested in reuniting with the Patriots, but the chances of that happening are slim to none.
There’s a strong possibility that Brown goes on Instagram Live in the near future to discuss his next course of action.
