No free agent this offseason will generate more buzz than Tom Brady. Despite the fact that he’s spent the past two decades with the New England Patriots, the six-time Super Bowl champion could be on the move.
Brady struggled this past season in New England, but a lot of the blame shifted over to the team’s lack of weapons. Outside of Julian Edelman, the offense didn’t have a reliable option to trust in the passing game.
The Patriots could still very well re-sign Brady this offseason. After all, he’s the best player to ever suit up for the franchise. However, the latest update suggests that he’s ready to look at other options around the league.
ESPN insider Jeff Darlington was on Get Up this morning to discuss Brady’s future. He shocked the rest of the crew on set when he said “I’m now at the point where I would be stunned if Tom Brady went back to New England.”

According to Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald, the Patriots haven’t contacted Brady yet.
It’d be odd seeing Brady play for another team, but the 42-year-old quarterback should have plenty of options on the table.
The Las Vegas Raiders, New York Giants and Tennessee Titans have all been rumored as potential landing spots for Brady.
