The New England Patriots took the free agent market by storm this week, signing several of the top free agents available. And Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman couldn't be more excited.

Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, Edelman retweeted the report of the $37.5 million contract the Patriots gave tight end Hunter Henry. He then shared a popular post that's been going around of Patriots head coach Bill Belichick sipping from a teacup with the caption "Boston TE Party."

The post is a parody of the Boston Tea Party that preceded the American Revolution. But it's a pretty apt description of what's going on with the Patriots.

New England has signed Hunter Henry along with Jonnu Smith to huge deals over the past two days. Along with Nelson Agholor, the Patriots have completely overhauled their offensive skill positions.

The Patriots only had five touchdowns by non-quarterbacks and non-running backs in 2020. There was a clear need for an upgrade at wide receiver and tight ends heading into 2021.

But despite their problems at the skill positions, the Patriots still managed to go 7-9 with a pretty middling offense.

Bill Belichick has never endured two straight losing seasons with the New England Patriots. He's doing everything he can to ensure that doesn't happen this time either.

Which of the Patriots free agency moves do you like the most? Which will be the most impactful?
