It's Halloween, and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady seems to be enjoying the holiday. Although the six-time Super Bowl champ has a tough matchup to get himself ready for this weekend, it won't stop him from partaking in today's festivities.

Outside of New England fans, the majority of NFL fanatics believe the Patriots should be referred to as the "Evil Empire." This would make sense when you consider how dominant they've been for two decades.

Well, it appears Brady agrees with that idea since he's dressed as a stormtrooper for Halloween. For those that don't know, a stormtrooper is a fictional soldier from the Star Wars franchise.

Brady posted a photo of him in his stormtrooper outfit on Instagram with the following caption: "Thursday Practice Notes: Brady (QB) - Did Not Practice - Refused to take off stormtrooper helmet."

The image of Brady is quite hilarious as he's posing by his front door with a Nerf gun.

Here's his official post, via Instagram:

The odds of Brady actually missing practice are slim to none. However, the 42-year-old quarterback was a limited participant yesterday due to a shoulder injury.

Halloween only lasts one day, but the Patriots are going to need Brady to be scary up until this Sunday as they try to defeat the Baltimore Ravens on the road.
