Video: Tom Brady Not Happy With His Wide Receivers In Houston

On Sunday night, the New England Patriots and Houston Texans took the field in what could be a preview of the AFC title game.

The Patriots own the best record in the AFC, but could be passed by the Baltimore Ravens if they lose tonight. Baltimore took down the NFC-leading San Francisco 49ers earlier this afternoon.

After a quick three-and-out from the Texans, the Patriots took over and drove right down the field. However, New England’s drive stalled and the team had to settle for a field goal.

The Patriots next possession ended in an interception from quarterback Tom Brady. Things didn’t get much better on the next possession either.

Brady attempted to find rookie wide receiver Jakobi Meyers up the sideline, but Meyers broke off the route a little early, resulting in a punt.

Immediately after that play, Brady went to the sideline and had a few words for his wide receivers.

Check it out.

“Listen up… we gotta be faster, quicker, more explosive.”

Clearly Brady is frustrated with his wide receivers so far tonight.

The 42-year-old quarterback hasn’t been very productive himself tonight. He’s completed 4-of-11 passes for 33 yards and one interception.

Houston, on the other hand, has moved the ball well tonight and currently holds a 14-3 lead midway through the second quarter.
