The NBA isn't the only league with a slew of postponed games. Several NFL teams are choosing to take a stand too by canceling practice.

According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Indianapolis Colts, New York Jets and Washington Football Team are canceling practice. The move comes following the shooting of Jacob Blake at the hands of a police officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

However, it doesn’t look like every NFL team is on board with canceling practice to show solidarity. Teams like the Chicago Bears, New Orleans Saints and New York Giants are continuing to practice and show support in their own way.

Some players are showing solidarity with Blake on their uniforms. Others recognize how vital it is to get reps before the start of the 2020 season.

The Milwaukee Bucks and the rest of the NBA kicked off the movement by refusing to play their playoff game against the Orlando Magic yesterday. They were quickly joined by a number of teams in other sports leagues, who stand in solidarity.Just about every sports league in the country has stood in solidarity with social justice movements. Protests have been going on almost everywhere ever since the death of George Floyd at the hands of a police officer earlier this summer. While the NFL appears divided on this particular form of protest for the moment, it feels like more teams are going to start canceling practice, not fewer. UPDATE: As of writing, the Green Bay Packers have canceled practice.
