Lamar Jackson had fans in awe on Thursday night, showcasing his incredible athleticism and elusiveness. Following the game between the Ravens and Packers, Aaron Rodgers shared some words of wisdom with the second-year quarterback.

Although Rodgers didn't suit up for yesterday's game, the All-Pro made sure to wait after the game so he could talk to Jackson.

Rodgers was clearly impressed with Jackson, saying "I love watching you play man." That's high praise coming from one of the best quarterbacks of this generation.

Once the two were just about done with their exchange, Rodgers told Jackson to "slide a little bit."

Jackson most likely knows that he'll have to slide plenty of times this upcoming season. However, it doesn't hurt to hear it come from Rodgers.

You can see the moment where Rodgers gave Jackson that advice here:

It's crucial that Jackson avoids taking as many hits as possible this year, especially since he plans on carrying the football a plethora of times. He's definitely elusive enough to make defenders miss him in open space, but it doesn't hurt to slide from time to time.

Both the Ravens and Packers will need their quarterbacks healthy if they want to contend for the playoffs this season.

Rodgers is preparing for his first year under coach Matt LaFleur, meanwhile Jackson is gearing toward his first season as the full-time starter in Baltimore.
