Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson had a funny exchange with teammate Marlon Humphrey on social media.

The Ravens cornerback was asking about blind dates before Jackson clapped back and said he's supposed to be recruiting.

Well played, Lamar.

Jackson's "recruiting" refers to helping the Ravens get some players in free agency. Baltimore is looking to get back to the playoffs in 2022 after injuries ruined its 2021 season.

One of those injuries was actually to Jackson as he had to miss the last month of the season. He got injured on Dec. 12 against Cleveland.

At the time, the Ravens were in first place in the AFC North and looked like a sure bet to win the division. After Jackson went down though, Baltimore lost its last four games to finish 8-9 and was eliminated from playoff contention.

The Raven's front office has already made a couple of splashy moves this offseason to get the team back on track.

Marcus Williams was brought in to help improve the secondary, plus Michael Pierce was signed to replace nose tackle, Brandon Williams.

Baltimore also just had linebacker Bobby Wagner in for a visit and it remains to be seen if he signs there.
