Last weekend the Baltimore Ravens hosted the only undefeated team in the AFC – the New England Patriots. Baltimore handled Tom Brady and company, leaving with a 37-20 win.
Quarterback Lamar Jackson torched the best defense in the NFL, racking up over 220 yards and three touchdowns.
Following the team’s success last weekend, Ravens fans received a scare on Thursday: Jackson was absent from practice.
However, multiple reports suggested the star quarterback was battling an illness and was not injured. Just a day later, the former Louisville standout was back at practice.

Jackson had one of his best games of the season in the first game against Cincinnati, completing 21-of-33 passes for 236 yards, and running for an impressive 152 and a touchdown.
On the year, Lamar Jackson has 1,813 passing yards, with 12 touchdowns and five interceptions. He also has 637 yards and five scores on the ground. Both he and running back Mark Ingram are on pace for over 1,000 yards on the ground.
Baltimore sits at 6-2 on the season and has a great chance to take a stranglehold on the AFC North. A win over the Bengals on Sunday and a Pittsburgh Steelers loss to the Los Angeles Rams would give the Ravens a three-game lead in the division.
