It appears the most intense rivalry taking place in the NFL is between Baker Mayfield and Hue Jackson, as the rookie quarterback was caught staring down his former coach on Sunday. Although the Browns' star is receiving tons of criticism for his recent actions, it's hard to knock or ignore his competitive nature.

With the media constantly watching every move Mayfield makes, the Browns quarterback is suddenly becoming of the most polarizing athletes in all of sports. '

Luckily for those fond of Mayfield's antics, the former Heisman winner has no plans of changing his attitude. In fact, he simply doesn't care if people don't like the way he goes about his business.

Here is the full quote that he gave Cleveland reporters today:

"I don't get why people have a problem with football being a competitive sport. You're supposed to play with passion. If people don't like it...whatever."

Mayfield could win Offensive Rookie of the Year, especially with the Browns turning into a must-watch team.

Not only does he talk trash better than most, but the No. 1 overall pick also produces at an impressive level. He's entering the final week of the season with 3,349 passing yards and 24 touchdowns.

Love him or hate him, the Browns' rookie sensation isn't ready to abandon his charismatic nature.

The Browns are set to finish their season on Sunday against the Ravens.
