Roughly two weeks ago, a Harris County (Texas) grand jury announced that it declined to indict Deshaun Watson. Shortly after that ruling was announced, the trade market heated up for the Pro Bowl quarterback.

Even though Watson was officially traded to the Cleveland Browns and received a new contract in the process, his legal troubles aren't over just yet.

A second grand jury in Texas is considering evidence related to another sexual misconduct accusation against Watson, according to Tony Buzbee.

Jenny Vrentas of The New York Times pointed out that this case in Brazoria County is the last criminal case pending against Watson.

Watson has already denied all wrongdoing when it comes to these allegations. That being said, the alleged details from this complainant are disturbing.

The complainant told police that Watson ejaculated on her in a November 2020 massage appointment. Buzbee said he expects the grand jury to deliberate and issue a decision today or tomorrow for the case. Neither the Browns nor Rusty Hardin, Watson’s lawyer, were immediately available for comment.

Buzbee recently announced that no one from the Browns organization spoke with him or his clients regarding these sexual misconduct allegations.

The Browns, meanwhile, said in a statement that they're well-aware of this situation.
