Despite the Cleveland Browns' struggles this season, the organization is reportedly standing behind first-year head coach Freddie Kitchens.

As for the players themselves, well that's a totally different matter. There has been tension between Kitchens and some of his stars all season, including yesterday.

Today, Browns safety Damarious Randall was asked if the team still believes in its head coach.

While he didn't throw Kitchens under the bus, it wasn't exactly a ringing endorsement either.

As the Browns' offensive coordinator last season, Kitchens helped the team win seven games and was given ample credit for Baker Mayfield's strong rookie season.

However, his success as an assistant has not transferred over since becoming the head coach. The Browns are 6-8 after being the darlings of the offseason.

Cleveland will finish out the season against the Ravens and Bengals.
