Baker Mayfield found himself at the center of media attention today by choosing to walk out after being frustrated by a question posed by reporter Tony Grossi. After Mayfield addressed his actions on Twitter, Grossi decided to give his side of the story.

In an appearance on ESPN 850 WKNR, Grossi explained that he was a bit more confrontational today. Grossi said he felt that Mayfield has been "very disrespectful the past few weeks."

He ultimately decided to challenge Mayfield on what happened during a two-minute drive against the Patriots. That was the point where Mayfield went off before ultimately leaving the media session.

As frustrated as Grossi may have been by Mayfield's 'disrespect,' he isn't finding a whole lot of allies on social media. His name has been trending on Twitter throughout the afternoon, mostly with Browns fans mocking him and his questions.

However, other media members have used the controversy to criticize Mayfield for his emotional responses. FOX Sports host Colin Cowherd is among the biggest voices that voiced displeasure at Mayfield's behavior.

The Cleveland Browns are 2-5 on the season, and on pace for even fewer wins than last year.

Unless or until the team turns things around, the frustration may only build.

It'll be fascinating to see if it all boils over at some point.
