Report: Cleveland Browns Looking To Move Training Camp To Columbus

Cleveland Browns training camp could be moving to Columbus, just North of Ohio State University.

The Columbus Dispatch's Rick Rouan reports that the city of Columbus and the Browns have revived a proposal to build a training facility and recreation center at Tuttle Park, a little over one mile North of the Ohio State campus.

The City of Columbus is working with the Cleveland Browns on a deal to build a new recreation center at Tuttle Park that would host part of the NFL team's training camp during the summer.

In the reported proposal, the team, city, and Franklin County would split the facility's price tag, which is reportedly $15-$17 million. If it goes through, the team would begin training camp in Columbus in 2018.

The Browns, who currently feature former Ohio State star quarterback Terrelle Pryor as a breakout wide receiver, hold training camp in the city of Berea.
