Odell Beckham Jr. and the Cleveland Browns were a trendy pick to make the Super Bowl this season. Following the first five weeks of the season, all the hype surrounding the franchise has withered away.
Cleveland acquired Beckham in a blockbuster trade. The hope was that he’d open up the offense for second-year quarterback Baker Mayfield.
Outside of an incredible performance against the Jets, Beckham has struggled with the Browns. His stats are way below his standards and he’s not generating enough explosive plays.
This past Monday night, the Browns were handed a beatdown from the San Francisco 49ers. Beckham finished with two receptions for 27 yards and a fumble.
When asked about Cleveland’s disappointing start to the year, Beckham stated that his frustration is a result of the team losing.
“I hate losing, period. Anytime we lose and I don’t feel like I did anything to help win the game, I’m going to be frustrated. It’s just the bottom line. I’m a winner in my heart and I hate losing.”

Beckham made it known that he’s not frustrated with the amount of targets he’s receiving. We’ll see if he can have a vintage performance this weekend.
The Browns will try to bounce back this weekend when they host the Seattle Seahawks.
