On Monday night, the New England Patriots faced off against the New York Jets in a battle of AFC East "rivals."
The rivalry hasn't worked out too well for any AFC East team against the Patriots - and that held true for the Jets. Sam Darnold was back under center for the Jets, but even he couldn't get anything going against the Patriots defense.
In the end, Tom Brady and company walked out with a 33-0 win. Next up for the Pats is a home contest against Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns.
Before they kick off, star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. said he has a gift for Brady.
In true Odell fashion, the gift is as unique as he is. According to Browns reporter Nate Ulrich, Odell said he has goat hair cleats to give the "GOAT."
"But I’m gonna give them to him because he’s one of the GOATs, and he’s more the GOAT than I am," Odell reportedly said.
It's an interesting gift that could only be given by Odell.
The Patriots will have a new addition to the receiving corps for the game. New England shipped a second-round pick to the Atlanta Falcons for wide receiver Mohamed Sanu.
