You're not surprised at who has the No. 1 pick, are you?

The Cleveland Browns will lead things off at the 2018 NFL Draft.

The Browns fell to 0-15 on the season with a 20-3 loss to the Chicago Bears in the snow today, clinching the top pick in April's draft.

This will be the second-straight year Cleveland owns the No. 1 pick. Maybe they'll finally find a quarterback? Possibly not if they have their hears set on UCLA's Josh Rosen, who reportedly could elect to return to school rather than play for the Browns.

The Browns have some young talent, particularly on defense. They also have a credible new GM in John Dorsey.

Still, things are bleak in Cleveland. Maybe this draft finally turns it around.
