On Thursday night, the Cleveland Browns hosted the Pittsburgh Steelers in a pivotal matchup between AFC North foes.
The Steelers entered the game on a winning streak, but got off to a rocky start against the struggling Browns.
Cleveland raced out to an early 14-0 lead in the first half. However, that was just the start of the misery for Steelers fans.
Star running back James Conner, who suffered a shoulder injury three weeks ago against the Miami Dolphins, re-injured the shoulder. He was taken to the Pittsburgh locker room and was listed a questionable to return.
Well, Steelers fans looking for good news won’t find it here.
Conner has been ruled OUT for the rest of the game.
Steelers said JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion), Artie Burns (knee), Ola Adeniyi (concussion) and James Conner (shoulder) all have been ruled out of tonight’s game.

Conner missed the last two games recovering from the injury, but put in a full week of practice before this week’s game. However, less than a half into the game, he re-injured his shoulder and is now out for at least the rest of tonight’s contest.
It’s a tough blow for the Steelers, who suffered several other injuries in the first half. Star wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster suffered a concussion and has also been ruled out.
Stay tuned for the latest from the game.
