When DeAndre Hopkins’ career as an NFL wide receiver ends, he may have a future in professional wrestling or combat fighting.
In the third quarter of tonight’s Monday Night Football game against the New Orleans Saints, Hopkins suplexed Saints defensive back Marcus Williams after an interception. He drew a 15-yard penalty for his efforts.
Look at the form on this. Pretty impressive stuff.

Now, you can’t do this to a defender, so we’re not surprised Hopkins was flagged. Still, it was kind of amazing at the same time.
Williams will also likely hear it from his buddies in the defensive meetings this week that he got body-slammed by a wide receiver.
At the end of the day though, he made the play, and that’s all that matters.
