Houston Texans Make Huge Trade Up To No. 12, Draft Clemson's Deshaun Watson
Deshaun Watson is a Houston Texans, after a huge trade with the Cleveland Browns. He is the No. 12 overall pick, and third quarterback off the board.
A day after the Texans and Watson had an "overwhelmingly positive" visit, Houston made the big move up to solidify its tumultuous quarterback situation.

Cleveland acquires a 2018 first rounder in this deal.
While Watson probably would've liked to be the No. 1 pick, he apparently told NFL.com's Ian Rapoport that Houston was his preferred destination.
Watson finds himself in a very good situation for a quarterback. The Texans have a very good defense, and managed to be a playoff team despite the abject failure of the Brock Osweiler signing at quarterback last off-season. Watson also gets teamed up with fellow Clemson great DeAndre Hopkins, one of the NFL's top wide receivers. He has to be a very happy guy today, after struggling to put up the numbers people had grown accustomed to last year.
