The Houston Texans are getting ready for their biggest game of the year as they host the 10-1 New England Patriots. There’s a special mindset players should have to play a team like the Patriots, and it seems pretty clear that the Houston linebackers think they have it.
In the locker rooms before the game, the linebackers put on their serious faces and showed up wearing combat gear reminiscent of a SWAT team.
The footage has quickly gone viral with many wondering whether the garb is an homage to the former WWE tag team The Shield.

Sunday’s game is fairly crucial for the Texans.
The AFC South title picture has gotten considerably tighter after the Tennessee Titans’ win over the Indianapolis Colts today. A loss would leave the Texans with no room for error in the final five games.
But if they can do what 10 other teams have failed to and beat the Patriots, they’ll have all the confidence in the world.
The game will be played at 8:20 p.m. EST and will air on NBC.
