When the Jacksonville Jaguars take the field this weekend against the Denver Broncos, they might do so without star corner Jalen Ramsey.

The former first-round pick flew to Nashville for the birth of his child. That came after Ramsey said he suffered an illness earlier in the week that kept him out of practice.

He also missed practice with hamstring and back injuries this week before flying to Nashville.

Despite the media circus around Ramsey and the Jaguars, Ramsey reportedly flew back to Jacksonville to fly with the team to Denver.

NFL insider Tom Pelissero revealed Ramsey is with the team, but his status for tomorrow's game is still "up in the air."

Ramsey is still dealing with a back injury that could keep him from the field, according to the report.

Despite being available for the team this week, Ramsey made it clear he still wants out. In a recent appearance on a podcast for Uninterrupted, Ramsey said he wants to be traded.

"I’m not sure if I’ve played my final game for the Jags yet or not but my trade request still stands. For me respect is a huge thing. ... Once respect is lost for both parties I think it is time to part ways," Ramsey said.

Denver and Jacksonville kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS.
