Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota had to be carted off the field in the third quarter during Saturday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He appeared to suffer a lower leg injury, and has been ruled out for the game.

Matt Cassel took over as quarterback for the Titans following the injury.

Mariota has suffered a fractured fibula, and will obviously be out for the remainder of the season.
The recovery process can last anywhere from three to six months.
